Starting in 2019, I began working with A&D Technology. A global business with offices in 13 countries, A&D is a developer of testing technologies (SaaS and Hardware) for the battery, automotive and medical industries. My work with A&D included a complete website redesign of the US website, integration of Europe and China, as well as working to establish best practices for collateral creation, branding initiatives, Search Engine Optimization, UX, and utilization of CRM software.
Over the last two years, my work has been met with exceptional praise across A&D Global. This has included being named to the Leadership Committee of A&D United States and being welcomed to advise the A&D Japan brand on implementing best practices for digital marketing initiatives, branding development and long term SEO strategies. My work has been recognized by Forbes Magazine, where I was named to the Forbes Communications Council in 2019.

The Challenge
Working with an established brands can present unique challenges. A&D is a global company with offices in 13 countries and headquartered out of Japan. In the case of A&D, different countries has meant different websites, different branding, different practices for marketing. Working with the President and CEO of A&D Technology, America, I have helped push long term strategies for SEO and branding. Shifting the global business away from print media and towards digital campaigns, I helped reduce costs by 90% while increasing trackable lead generation by 2,300% within 3 months.

The Work
Coming into A&D I was expecting a small team. As a multi-faceted organization, marketing is spread across multiple planes, each working on specific drives and directives with little cross-utilization.
My work with A&D has been self-driven and self-directed. I have had the pleasure of working with outstanding individual and great minds in the automation industry whom are all working towards the same goal, improving product and increasing business. In marketing, I have personally led and executed everything from ground-up tradeshow booths & displays to designed collateral, video campaigns, SEO strategies, business partnerships, CRM email campaigns, fully-automated and recorded webinars, graphic design including icon and branding initiatives and even the integration of automated chat functionality for the website.
My work has been both met with exceptional praise and encouragement. A&D has been a platform for exploration and ground-up implementation that is uncommon in the industry.

The Results
An outstanding opportunity, I have been exceptionally pleased with both the outcomes of my work with A&D and the forward direction that is being implemented to continue this path. A&D has become a global force for testing automation, taking on new clients consistently and is gaining organic leads in a manner that never occurred previously.
Personally, I have greatly enjoyed getting back to the ground-up roots of marketing and helping an organization with such a strong product and expert talent showcase their strengths for the global market. One of the best decisions in my career, A&D Technology is an example of what open minded business leadership can offer for improving an organization.
